Two-dimensional Toda and Riemann-Hilbert problem
We consider the dispersionless limit of the Poisson pencil of the
two-dimensional Toda hierarchy. After a short review of the R-matrix origin
of such structures we show that the flat coordinates for the metric
associated to the first Poisson bracket are obtained through a
Riemann-Hilbert problem.
